Hello, I’m a new installer of this app however I’ve already fallen for its charm and over all splendor of its capabilities. Im partial blind and hearing is just music to my ears.
I love to listen to information, silly comments etc. However the most fan favorite of them all would be reading and listening to the different variations of literature novels fanfic you name it.
It would be spectacular to see an update on either a collaboration on other web reader apps like “ Watt pad” or “Ao3”. A way to read my online books even if they’re not originally audio readable in the original app. Especially since I’ve tried other apps who clame to be able to read text on screen but not as smooth as “little birdie” dose.
Thank you for taking the posible consideration of my idea I’m looking forward to future installments for the ones who would like to see and for the ones who need it.
We’d love to add support for Wattpad and AO3 to make even more stories accessible. Since Little Birdie can read websites, adding these is definitely possible!
Could you tell me a bit about how you usually find stories—do you browse, search, or use any specific filters? That’ll help us make sure it works just the way you’d like.
And if you’d ever like to chat more about this or anything else, I’d be happy to connect by email, call, FaceTime, or text—just reach out at andrey@getlittlebirdie.com.
Well how I usually find stories is either word of mouth or by adds I get on my feed or other common apps like instagram or YouTube etc.
However not all apps and or websites provide a text reader it be so awesome to be able to somehow connect this app with anything that the community would like to be read. Kinda like an extension or a little icon that can appear if you would like birdie to read it for you!
( Quick note apologies if my messages might not make sense, again I’m partial blind however I feel very cared about with this suggestion feature and even nice feed back! I wish more apps did the same. )
If you would like to go more in depth I wouldn’t mind shooting an email if it’s easier that way.
